12. What To Do When You're Out of Ideas

It happens to the best of us! You actually have way more ideas than you think — but how do you access them? And if you’re just starting out, our prediction is that it starts right around 10 episodes. Why 10 episodes? This is where we see podcasters drop off most consistently. In fact, fewer than 20% of podcasts make it past 10 episodes. So if you’re already past that 10th episode, congrats! You’re in the 80th percentile. If you’re still on your way to that 10th episode, we’re going to share some insights today that will help you get there.
